Quick and Silver

Commissioned by and dedicated to the Mirrored Percussion Duo (Cassandra Wolff and Madison Keats)

Quick and Silver is a fast and fun concert opener for percussion duo – conceived without a direct program in mind, the piece instead plays with several thematic fragments throughout – dancing in tandem, opposition, and more. The title refers to the intended ‘vibe’ of the piece – fleeting and shimmering.
